Payment and Cancellation
Payment for tour packages is required according to the following schedule:
21-30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total price.
8-20 days prior to departure: 75% of the total price.
Within 7 days prior to departure or withdrawal from a tour: No tour fee will be refunded.
Payment deadlines depend on the proximity to the departure date. Please ensure you make the required payments within the specified timeframes to avoid cancellation or penalties.
If you cancel your booking within the specified timeframes, a portion of your tour fee may be refunded according to the policy outlined. However, no refund will be issued if you cancel within 7 days prior to departure or withdraw from the tour.
